Tachograph analysis and assistance with rules and regulations
A few questions we feel you should be asking as we are starting to be eased from lock-down and you are looking at your own operation.
Has your analysis provider been with you when you needed them and offered advice as it was released from the GOV.UK webservice?
Does your analysis provider advise you when and how your drivers have infringed and offer advice and if so do you speak to the same person or have to deal with many?
Do you have to complete the inputting of holidays, rest days, sick days, furlough days (currently) etc or are you paying a member of your own staff to do this?
Are your Road Transport Directive (Working Time) reports complete and thorough or do you have ‘gaps’ where the above days have not been entered; therefore making them illegal?
Do you have a report of when your vehicles are being driven without a digi card being present so you can present this to your drivers?
Does your company offer the supply and fitting of remote download devices and give drivers access to their own data daily via a smartphone app?
Do you feel you are just a number or are you made to feel you like an assett and thereby valued?
If your answer to any of the above is no, we suggest you current supplier is not meeting your needs!
